In our fully-equipped industrial machine shop, we can do your Custom Boring… line boring on all articulating bores and joints. And, we're capable of repairing and/or manufacturing damaged or broken parts such as bushings, linkages and pins.
We do custom honing that will preserve the life of seals and internal sealing components. We have honed bores in all kinds of different metals, including aluminum and stainless steel, titanium and hard chrome.
We will:
– hone, bore or re-chrome your hydraulic pneumatic cylinder tubes
– duplicate or remake piston rods
– fabricate cylinder end configurations
– pressure-test assemblies to manufacturer's specs
To reduce your future repair costs, we may even offer to modify your cylinder so it will accept standard seals.
We do precision finishing to tight tolerances: micro polishing, micro honing, micro lapping.
